If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will replace, exchange or refund your credit card. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and tell us the problem and we will promptly make it right.  info@wildbunchstudio.com

Returns

We are happy to make an exchange or credit your original method of purchase for any unaltered item you are not completely happy with within 30 days of delivery.  Please ship your return in a sturdy, hard sided box.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax

All items purchased within and shipped to the state of Massachusetts will incur a 6.25% sales tax.

Shipping

We ship everyday but we cannot control the delivery times of USPS and UPS. We encourage our buyer to order early so that your product happily arrives in plenty of time.

Packages are sent Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service and UPS.
Orders ship within 24-48 hours.
Ground shipping is free.
Standard delivery normally takes 5 to 9 business days but can be delayed depending on work environment at USPS and UPS.
At this time we ship only within the USA.

How much is shipping?

Transit time is typically 5-9 days depending on where your package is being shipped but can be delayed depending on work environment at USPS and UPS.

Ground shipping is free but if you need your package sooner, we offer USPS and UPS expedited services. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and how far away you are from us on Cape Cod. When you check out, you will have shipping options which shows you the exact cost. Please note that we are VERY aware that shipping is expensive. Therefore, we charge you only the direct shipping cost that we pay to the USPS and UPS. We never add a handling or service fee of any kind.
